Privacy
- Our commitment is to fully protect customer privacy.
- The data provided by our customers are confidential, they will never be shared with third parties.
The right to consult customer data is the exclusive and responsibility of Amaral Limousines.
Insurance and Guarantees
- The company guarantees that it is covered by all insurance required by Portuguese law.
- Passengers and their luggage are also covered and guaranteed by insurance.
- If, for any reason of force majeure, it is not possible to transport our passengers to the desired destination, we will guarantee an alternative transport so that their needs are satisfied.
Reservations
- Reservations made through our website will always be processed according to local time;
- The service confirmation email will be considered as your reservation. The same must be presented to the Driver or Company representative, at the beginning of the Service.
Payments Policy
Services at Disposal and Tours
- After the confirmation email, it is required to reconfirm the reservation, with a payment of 25% corresponding to the deposit, of the total value of the service.
- The reservation with suppliers will only be made and guaranteed, after receipt of payment confirmation by the bank entities, with which we work.
- Remaining payments must be made up to 4 weeks before the start of the service, so that the vouchers can be sent. If payment is not received by the indicated date, the reservation will be canceled.
Transfers
- After the confirmation email, it is required to reconfirm the reservation, with a payment of 25% corresponding to the deposit, of the total value of the service.
The remaining payment must be made up to 8 days before the start of the service. If payment is not received by the indicated date, the reservation will be canceled.
Cancellations or changes
- Customers can cancel or change reservations through the following email: [email protected], with no penalties for cancellations made up to 8 days before the service starts.
- If the cancellation is made less than 8 days before the start of the service, 10% of the total amount will be charged.
- If there is no written notice or cancellation, the amount of the service will be charged in full.
Complaints
- When booking travel or services from other operators, Amaral Limousines' operations are limited to that of an Agent. So our responsibility is totally limited to the trips covered by our services;
- We are not responsible for delays in services caused by external factors (such as meteorological factors, traffic, vandalism, terrorism, third-party strikes, problems caused by other customers or delays due to the passage of police or government forces);
- Complaints will only be considered if they are properly exposed to the following email: [email protected]
Others
- Passenger transport is refused under the influence of alcohol, drugs and / or whose behavior is considered inappropriate by the driver;
- Smoking or drinking alcoholic beverages is not allowed in our vehicles;
